This Tribute is supporting Saint Francis Hospice, Essex, where Joan received excellent care as an inpatient during the last week of her life, and prior to that through Hospice At Home. Saint Francis relies heavily on fundraising: this year they need to raise £7.8m to cover the cost of their services. Every penny donated makes a difference to the lives of people facing the most difficult of circumstances.
